Syrian Automobile Club - International Driving License

To apply for obtaining an international Driving license through this website, you must do the following steps:

  • Ensure the validity of the local driving license
  • Choose the method of receiving the license from the options listed below, then complete the application
  • Register the required personal information in the designated places on the application and ensure that the name matches the English name spelling in the passport
  • Upload the personal photo, the two-sided license of the local license, and the photo of the two-sided ID in the place designated for that
  • The validity period of the international driving license is a maximum of one year, or it ends with the expiration of the local license if it is less than a year

International License Recieving Options

  • Recieving the international license from the club's office in Damascus, Syria
    • The price of the international driving license is 50000 SP, payable in advanced (Please contact our email or WhatsApp number for the preferable paying method). NOTE: An extra fee of 1500 SP is added for printing the personal photos.
    • The date for receiving the license is after five working days from the date of submitting the application
    • The license is received from the Syrian Automobile Club office, located below

  • Local license shipping
    • The price of the international driving license is 50000 SP not including shipping fees
    • The amount mentioned above must be transferred by a shipping company or money transfer in Syria before filling out the application, please contact our WhatsApp or Email Address below for the fees transfer details.
    • The application must be completed and the name of the remittance company must be written with the voucher number in the appropriate place of the application
    • The international driving license is delivered to the shipping office within five working days from the date the order is installed, and it is shipped to you within about a week, depending on the shipping conditions to your region.
    • When the license arrives at the shipping office in your area, the shipping office notifies you that the license has arrived by phone call or text message.

  • Global license shipping
    • The full value of the international driving license and shipping charges are determined by the country you wish to ship to
    • Please choose to which country the license will be shipped
    • The total value of the license and shipping charges are
    • The total value of the international driving license and shipping fees must be transferred by Westren Union to the club's address below before submitting the request, then fill the western union voucher information in the request
    • The expenses of transferring the money (international license fee and shipping charges) is the responsibility of the registrant of the application
    • The international driving license is delivered to the shipping office within five days from the date the order is installed and shipped to you within about ten days, depending on the conditions of shipping to your country
